About Accident Assist
Did you know that most insurance companies take your bike to one of their repair centres rather than a Ducati approved repairer? In the event of an accident, accident assist will take you and your bike to the nearest authorised Ducati repairer - meaning no breach of warranty and peace of mind.
With Insurer Notification there's no more hunting for phone numbers and being held in queues. With accident assist we contact your insurer and manage any claims notification - we'll even give free legal advice and assistance (please read policy documents for full terms and conditions).
Add to this a free temporary replacement Ducati in the event of a non-fault accident (see note 1. below) and you'd be mad not to have this product … it's even available to non Ducati Insurance customers!
Important Information
- In the event of a non-fault accident every attempt will be made to arrange for a temporary replacement Ducati; however, on occasion, due to demand this may not be possible and a suitable alternative may be offered.
- Free legal advice and assistance is provided via a motorists' legal assistance insurance policy to help recover uninsured losses (providing cover up to £50,000 to assist with legal costs in the event of having to recover uninsured losses through the courts).
- It is our intention, wherever possible, that repairs should be carried out by Ducati trained technicians using genuine Ducati parts. In the event of an accident, we aim to recover your vehicle to the nearest Ducati approved repairer.
